Boot camp is for EVERYONE, work at your own pace to improve strength, power, co-ordination and agility. To lose weight and tone up…EVERYWHERE!! I will be there to support you! Book your place at Bootcamp 300 and lose weight, tone up and get FIT whilst having fun!

New Timings 7-8 (Includes 45 minute workout and an extra 15 minutes to weigh, collect free meal planners and ask any questions relating to fitness and/or nutrition after your workout)
ALSO!! New personal best test will be held once every month so you are able to see for yourself how much you have improved over the weeks!
The cost is still £4pp which is a complete bargain!
Booking is simple and you are not tied into any contracts. Bookings are in courses of 4 weeks and payments are handled through a Paypal subscription, which you can cancel at anytime.
If you haven’t been before you can book your first “Taster Session” for a 1 time fee of £4. If you enjoy it, you will have the option to pay the remaining 3 weeks to complete your block course.
Please bring: Suitable footwear / sportswear, a drink to keep you hydrated and a towel or mat for floor exercises.
