Here at Carrera Fitness, personal training is exactly that…personal. Whatever you’re goals maybe, after our initial meeting I can then design a program that is tailored around you and your needs, helping you achieve your goals in a healthy and safe manner.
All personal training programs come with a free nutritional plan too as I believe both come hand in hand: You can’t do one without the other and expect to see results. So with that in mind, your goals should be achievable in no time!
Prices & Packages
5 Week Course – 3 Sessions Per Week – £75 Saving
With our Gold Plan you save £75 over the 5 week course. You get 15 sessions in total at £30 each, including your own personalized Carrera Fitness Nutritional Plan which helps you get even faster results by adjusting your diet to help you reach your goals. Total cost: £450
Exercises are varied to suit your ability and level of fitness.
5 Week Course – 2 Sessions Per Week – £30 Saving
With our Silver Plan you save £30 over the 5 week course. You get 10 sessions in total at £32 each, including your own personalized Carrera Fitness Nutritional Plan which helps you get even faster results by adjusting your diet to help you reach your goals. Total cost: £320
Exercises are varied to suit your ability and level of fitness.
Pay As You Go – £35 Per Session
I have 3 young children myself so know exactly what its like trying to plan routine fitness sessions into the week. So we offer a Pay-As-You-Go option for those who want to take it at their own pace.

Fitness & Nutritional Plans – £30 / £25 Each or £40 for a Set!
