For those wanting to become stronger, more powerful or to work on their stamina.
It’s easily achievable once you get into the zone. Having a personal trainer will give you that extra push you need, motivating and supporting you all the way. These activities can be as fun or as serious as you want them to be just as long as it doesn’t affect your training.
I have a mixture of weights, barbells, kettle bells and dumb bells to help you conquer your goals.
I can incorporate some Military training too if you wish. I have experience in the area as I served 7 years in the Royal Air Force and currently I have been working as a civilian for the RAF in Security Flight. Most of my training is done with Military PTI’s (Personal Training Instructors). So if hard core training is what you need then you have certainly come to right place.
All this can be achieved at your home or mine!
