How long are your fitness and nutritional plans for?
Both nutritional and fitness plans are created to cover 5 weeks at a time. This means that larger health and fitness goals can be broken down into smaller more achievable goals.
How long would you recommend Personal Training for?
I would recommend PT for 5 weeks at a time, at 2 -3 sessions per week until your goal is reached!
How much are Personal Training Sessions?
All sessions are £35 and last 1 hour
How much are your Nutritional and Fitness plans?
Both are £25 each but they are FREE if you decide to have PT sessions.
I have diabetes does this matter?
No, providing you have medical clearance from your doctor you are able to exercise and receive personal training.
Can I train with a partner or friend too?
Yes you may although there will be a cost involved.
I’m pregnant! Can you help with keeping my weight at a healthy level and my fitness in check?
Yes of course, I myself exercised before, during and after my pregnancies.
